Room Rates

All rates are priced per night. If a holiday falls on a Monday, the room rate for Sunday will become a weekend rate. All room rates are subject to state and local taxes. Room rates are subject to change and black-out dates may apply during holiday and special event periods. Rates are based on double occupancy.  Each additional person is $25.00. 
We offer special mid week rates.

Arrivals & Departures ?Check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Special arrangements need to be made for check-ins after 8 p.m.

Check-out time is by 11:00 a.m., daily. A half-day rental may be applied for use of our guestrooms after 11:00 a.m. In consideration for our other guests, early check-in and late check-out are both subject to approval and availability.

Deposits ?An advance deposit, which is equal to 50% of the base amount of the first night's stay, is required to confirm your reservation.  Final payment is due upon departure by Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, Personal Checks or cash.

For guests renting the complete Inn, our pre-payment terms are; $100 per day ($100 for one day, $200 for a two day, etc.) deposit is required upon booking.  This initial payment is

nonrefundable. A deposit of one half of the room charge is due six months prior to the arrival date. Cancellation or room adjustments (releasing rooms) must be made 90 days prior to the arrival date. Payments may be made by check, credit card or money order.

Cancellations ?Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation allows us limited opportunity to re-sell the guestrooms. For single room reservations, your deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made at least fourteen days prior to arrival. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, no refund is possible regardless of the reason, unless we are able to re-book the room.

Well-mannered children over 12 year of age are always welcome at the Inn. Our guests come to relax in the peace and serenity that are provided at the Inn at Dresden. Exceptions may be made when an entire house or the entire Inn is reserved.

We love pets, but guest pets are not permitted at the Inn.

We request that you please refrain from smoking in the Inn. However, guests are welcome to smoke in designated exterior areas.  A room refresher fee of $275 will apply to smoker violations.
